FIRST AND MOST COMMONLY ASKED QUESTION: Do you make all these items?

In fact, I do! From cutting, sewing and filling to packaging and more, I do it all! Growing up, I was very fortunate to be surrounded by women who loved to craft and sew. From a very young age, I received various items made from loving hands rather than mass-produced for box stores. When it comes from a small town, home sewing machine, every item is truly "HANDCRAFTED WITH LOVE".

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

WHAT SIZES DO YOUR REUSABLE MICROWAVE HEATING PADS & FREEZER COLD PACKS COME IN?

Our reusable microwave heating pads & freezer cold packs come in 4 standard sizes;

- 3" x 3" Mini

- 9" x 4" Eye Mask

- 12" x 6" Original

- Weighted Neck Wrap

WHAT ARE THEY FILLED WITH?

Our larger packs (the Original and the Weighted Neck Wrap) are filled with whole corn. Our eye masks are filled with flaxseed and lastly, our smaller mini set is filled with white rice.

FILLED WITH CORN, WON'T IT POP?

Nope! Our therapy packs are filled with cleaned whole feed corn, not popping corn!

* DID YOU KNOW?! * Each bag of corn is hand sifted to remove dust, sticks, and flowering kernels, all done by yours truly!

DO YOUR REUSABLE THERAPY PACKS COME SCENTED?

Each size is available in the natural scent of the grain or with added fresh dried lavender. If you are looking for a specific scent, please feel free to reach out to me via the contact me page!

HOW LONG SHOULD I MICROWAVE IT FOR?

Each size has a recommended time for heating on the package and can also be referenced in the table below. Please keep in mind that each microwave and each individual's skin tolerance of temperature is different. Once you find that "sweet spot" temperature, you'll never have to guess again!

I DON'T OWN A MICROWAVE, CAN I HEAT THIS ANOTHER WAY?

NO! For the safety of you and your therapy pack, we don't not recommend using anything other than a microwave oven for heating of our therapy packs.

HOW LONG SHOULD I FREEZE IT FOR?
Place in a sealed bag and put in freezer for 2 - 4 hours. It’s best to have one in the freezer at all times.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY REUSABLE THERAPY PACK?
Spot clean only. Do not immerse in water. Do not put in the washer or dryer.
