RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Here at CrystalxClear Collection we aren't just sellers, we are daily user of our own products and want you to be 100% happy with yours! Please inspect your order upon reception. If you have any issues with your order or products, please contact us immediately so we can work together to create a solution!
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
THERAPY PACK RETURN POLICY
All craftsmanship of stitching and seams are under warranty for 1 year.
Any new, unused bags with tag still attached may be returned within 14 days for a full refund of product less shipping.
Detailed, and tested, instructions are attached to each bag. CrystalxClear Collection does not warrant any products that have been overheated or not heated exactly as directed and result in damage or burn holes to your item.
Custom orders cannot be returned except under the craftsmanship warranty on seams and stitching.
SOFT AND STRETCHY HEADBAND RETURN POLICY
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, CrystalxClear Collection does not accept returns on soft and stretchy headbands. If you have any issues with your order or products, please contact us immediately so we can work together to create a solution!
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at crystalxclearcollection@gmail.com.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain cannot be returned:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

LOST PACKAGES
Occasionally the post office will deliver a package to the wrong address or lose a package. If this does happen, please inquire with your local post office to see if they can help you locate it. If it can not be found, please contact crystalxclearcollection@gmail.com
