Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at CrystalxClear Collection! We ship all of our orders via USPS, UPS or FedEx. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 48 hours of ordering. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Free Shipping

Free standard ground shipping applies when you meet the minimum order amount indicated, before taxes and shipping charges. To redeem offer at checkout, enter the listed code, or, if offer indicates that no code is required, free shipping will be applied to your order automatically once you meet the minimum order amount indicated. Offer is not valid on gift card orders and other exclusions may apply. Not valid for items with extra shipping charges.Offer is good for standard ground shipping only. Standard rules and charges apply for express shipping, expedited shipping and return shipping. Valid within the 48 contiguous U.S. Previous orders will not be adjusted. Customs Fees and Import Taxes

CrystalxClear Collection is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
