Local Pickup FAQ


Where and when can I pick up my order?

  • Pickup location and times will be discussed via email after your order is placed. Please be on the lookout for an email from CrystalxClearCollection@gmail.com.

When will my handmade items be ready?

  • Standard items take 1 to 2 business days to prepare. Special requests may take longer, and we will email you a specific date.


What do I need to bring with me?

  • Please have your digital order confirmation email as proof of purchase when you arrive and a photo ID that matches the name on the order.


How do I collect my order when I arrive?

  • Our next Local Event: please make your way to CrystalxClear Collection's designated booth area. Your order will be waiting for you! 
  • NH Police Station with Safe Exchange Parking Spot: we will meet you at the discussed time to hand over your items safely. Please feel free to email CrystalxClearCollection@gmail.com when you arrive. 


How long will you hold my order?


  • We will send a friendly reminder the day before our meetup. We hold orders for 24 hours after the agreed-upon pickup time is missed. Please contact us immediately if you need more time or need to cancel the order.


What happens if I miss the pickup time?

  • We understand that life sometimes gets in the way. If choosing local pickup, we kindly ask that you claim your order as agreed upon. If not claimed, future use of local pickup may be denied.
