RETURN POLICY
CrystalxClear Collection has a 14-day return policy.
As the customer, you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Returns must be in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase may be required. Please have your receipt or invoice number ready.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact CrystalxClear Collection at crystalxclearcollection@gmail.com
Once your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent to your email.
Please package up your return as best as possible and attach the provided label to the outside of the box.
ITEMS SENT BACK WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receiving. If you find that your item is defective, damaged or if by our mistake, you received the wrong item, please immediately email crystalxclearcollection@gmail.com
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please email crystalxclearcollection@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns about your return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. Once approved, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please remember it may take a couple days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your card.
