Created from 100% cotton flannel and filled with just the right amount of whole corn to contour comfortably.

Natural and reusable.

Microwave for soothing moist heat or freeze for use as a cold pack. 

Choose between unscented or lavender-scented. 

No essential oils are used only dried lavender buds. 

HOT:
Heat in the microwave to provide soothing moist heat relief for sore or stiff muscles. 

COLD:
Freeze for a few hours and use it as a cold pack to provide cooling relief to an injury or surgery or to refresh on a hot day.
